López Orive is a law firm located in Madrid, España. The firm is managed by Alberto López Orive, a well know lawyer with 20 years experience practicing law in different areas, criminal, civil, family, among others.
Already at the beginning of the process of defining the appropriate strategic positioning for the company, it was necessary to enhance the human character of the relationships of Alberto Lopez Orive with its customers. These relationships are based on mutual trust and emotional closeness.
The strategic response was to build a brand away from the professional stereotype of attorney, a brand able to represent the human side of the relationship between lawyer and client. Build credibility around the brand empowering the human side above the notion of prestige, or the expression of power.
